Impact Developmental Baseball Team (located on Maryland's Eastern Shore) was created to select a foundation of team members who maintain the principles of Passion, Hard Work, Respect and Selflessness and give them the opportunity to learn not only the fundamentals of baseball and sportsmanship but the fundamentals of life, family and community as well.
