Mission Statement:
• To maintain the principles of Passion, Hard Work, Respect and Selflessness.
• We believe that success is the fruit of camaraderie, discipline, structure, enjoyment and a willingness to maintain a          character initiative on and off of the field of play.
• This includes the drive to take one’s talents to the highest level; embracing the discipline needed to reach those standards while learning to work with other’s as a team, in pursuit of a common goal.

“Making an Impact”
• The impression made by a new idea, concept, movement, or ideology.
• To have an impact, influence or strong effect (on).
• To have impact or make contact forcefully.

     It is not only important for Impact Baseball to strive for “Victory in Competition”, but also “Victory in Life”. Yes, winning is a good and proper goal to have as a team or individual, and we do play to win. However, we feel that the more important “victory” a person or group of people can attain is the “victory” that extends beyond our competition and into our everyday lives. Impact Baseball believes this “ultimate victory” can be attained through the application of “Making an Impact” in every aspect of our lives, which includes our sports, our personal character and our leadership opportunities.
